Hopjacks Downtown Four-Course Beer Vs. Wine Dinner
/Hopjacks Pizza Kitchen & Taproom Downtown is holding a four-course beer dinner with a twist Wednesday, September 2nd. The diner can choose between pairing their meal with a beer chosen by Hopjacks's Beer Director Tim Dohms, or wine selected by Wine Director Max Rowe of Pot Roast & Pinot.
The four-course meal will be prepared by chefs from from Hopjacks Pizza Kitchen & Taproom, Pot Roast & Pinot and The Tin Cow.
First Course
Stone Crab Risotto, blistered Farmer Carl cherry tomato, Elberta Farms white cheddar
