Pensacola Bay Brewery Beer Dinner on Pensacola Beach
/The Pensacola Bay Hilton will be hosting a Beer Paring Dinner featuring Pensacola Bay Brewery on Friday April 19th at 6:30 pm. The event will take place at the Pergola on Hilton's beachfront pool deck and tickets are $35 per person.
Chef Dan Dunn, along with the crew from H2O Restaurant will be preparing the 5-course dinner and pairing it with brews from Pensacola Bay Brewery, recent winners of six medals at the 2013 Best Florida Beer Championships (BFBC).

Grilled Duck Quesadillas / Li'l Napoleon IPA (BFBC Silver medal)
Drunken Shrimp / Deluna German Style Kolsch (BFBC Gold medal)
Grilled Kalbi Short Ribs / Pensacola Bay's Extra Special Bitter(ESB)
Grilled Flat Iron Steak / Blackbeard Stout (BFBC Gold medal)
Grilled Banana Bread / Conquistador Doppelbock

Hopjacks' Dogfish Head Beer dinner last month was a very enjoyable event. A beer dinner with our own local brewery is a don't miss event, so lets show local venues that Pensacola is ready and able to support these type events.
